Description of the apartment building

The building was officially opened at the beginning of the second half of 2009. It is a building with seven floors (including the hall, top floor and the flat roof) with two facades giving on to calle Prudencio Morales 23 (a promenade on the sea front of Las Canteras beach) and calle Américo Vespucio 28.

Access is through calle Prudencio Morales 23. The facilities for the use of guests are distributed inside as follows:

Spacious Hall: With a table and chairs to attend to guests, restful sofas and two security cameras, focussed on the entrance and the lift door, which record 24 hours a day.

Apartment (TYPE A):

- Three bedrooms, with a wardrobe in each one: 1) with a double bed. 2) with a single bed and 3) with a sofa bed for two people.

- Living room-dining room.

- Fully equipped kitchen.

- Two bathrooms: both with shower tray and one of them with a bidet, plus the usual fittings.

- Small service room where the washing machine and the electric water heater are situated.

- Small fire-prevention halls at the entrance/exit of the apartments.

- All the bedrooms and the living room have internal glass windows protected with exterior sliding shutters and have views over calle Américo Vespucio 28.

5 apartamentos (TIPO B):

- Bedroom with a wardrobe and with two beds.

- Living room-dining room.

- Fully equipped kitchen.

- Bathroom with shower tray and bidet plus the usual fittings.

- Spacious terrace with views over Las Canteras beach.

- Small fire-prevention halls at the entrance/exit of the apartments.

- Electronic key cards for opening the entry doors with control of the electricity.
