Eight security cameras in the building, recording 24 hours a day. Four of these cameras cover areas with facilities for the use of guests: two in the hall directed towards the entrance and the lift door, one in the centre patio on the fourth floor and another in the side lightwell on the fifth floor.
The terraces in the apartments have tables and chairs and a place for hanging bathing costumes and towels.
The living rooms of the apartments have comfortable armchairs, television units, dining room tables and chairs and a 32" flat-screen television for national and international channels.
The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with fridges, microwave ovens, ovens, smoke extractor hoods, ceramic hobs, coffee makers and kitchen utensils. The apartments with views over the beach have the electric water heater installed in the kitchen.
The bathrooms of the apartments are equipped with all the usual facilities, including shower trays and a bidet. The apartments with views over the beach have the washing machine installed in the bathroom.
Smoke control and water leaks are under automated control.

With regard to security, the building is equipped with:

Cameras which record 24 hours a day in the common areas.
Small halls in all the apartments with fire-prevention doors.
Smoke control and water leaks are under automated control. The rails on the terraces with views over the beach are 1.10 metres in height to reduce the fear of heights.
The entry doors to the apartments have external anti-sabotage pivots and access is by means of electronic key cards which cut off the electricity supply when they are not inserted in the receiver holder.
